International foods at Waitrose and Ocado
It might seem a bit early to be thinking of planning your festive meals, but a bit of organisation now will really help Christmas catering run smoothly. Unearthed products will fit perfectly with your traditional foods but will add a little international interest.
Most of us will have missed out on travel for quite a while but we can still have the world on our plate. Unearthed Spanish Omelette works well with your usual cold cuts, salads and cheeses. Simply heat and eat – and they come in several flavours, too!
Unearthed have slices of hams for those of us who don’t need a whole joint. Their classic, moist and delicious French Torchon Ham makes a lovely sandwich (with English mustard), or one could create a whole meal with endive wrapped with this ham and covered in a cheese sauce then baked till bubbling. There are also cured meats and pots of my favourite Pork Rillettes. Yes, it’s a meat paté but likely one of the best you have ever tasted. Try this on either crusty bread or toast.
