I could happily eat my way through every dish in this book. For the most part they are simple to prepare with few ingredients. Chicken stuffed with ‘Nduja is an example of something a little different and full of spicy flavour. Pasta with breadcrumbs, sausage and paprika: kids would love this one too. There really is a recipe for exploding tomatoes and that makes a delicious lunch or snack.
