Nothing better than sitting in the shade on a Greek island and sipping some thick and sweet Greek coffee.

Ingredients
1L (4 cups) water
60g (1/4 cup) white sugar
45g (1/3 cup) Greek-style coffee (or Turkish)
Note: Add sugar to taste
Method
Put the water, sugar and coffee in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until coffee simmers and froth forms on the surface. Tale the coffee off the heat and repeat one again.
Pour coffee into small cups and serve with a glass of chilled water and some sweet pastries.
