For the Kraken pancake syrup:
¾ cup of brown sugar
¾ cup of water
50ml of Kraken Rum
50ml of pomegranate molasses
Grating of fresh ginger
Dash of Irish black butter
Add sugar and water to a pan and heat gently till the sugar dissolves.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine.
Serve hot over pancakes, cake or ice cream.
