From Sainsbury’s
Tangy orange and duck skewers, the perfect accompaniment for a glass of Sainsbury’s house Shiraz
Preparation time: 30 Minutes
Cooking time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients
80g fine cut orange marmalade
1 tablespoon olive oil
200g Gressingham duck mini fillets.
Some sliced spring onion.
Handful of sesame seeds
Method
Mix the marmalade in a bowl with the olive oil and Taste the Difference Gressingham duck mini fillets.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Make sure the duck is fully coated in the marmalade, then thread onto wooden skewers with some sliced spring onion.
Heat a griddle to high, then cook the fillets for 3 minutes each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a flavoursome party pleaser.
