A Shirley Temple is a classic cocktail but non-alcoholic. Traditionally this was made with ginger ale and a little grenadine, with a maraschino cherry for decoration. The Drinks Bureau versions offer more cherry flavour instead of grenadine, and that formula is the same for both styles.
These drinks have a blush-pink hue with impact of both spice and fruit. The non-alcoholic Shirley Temple version is just as worthy as the Dirty Shirley vodka-laced incarnation. Serve both well-chilled with a couple of cocktail cherries for garnish.
